Golden Gate Estates is one of the largest platted subdivisions in the country, spread across Collier County east of Naples and split into North and South Estates. Golden Gate Boulevard, Everglades Boulevard, Wilson, Desoto, Immokalee Road and Oil Well Road move everybody around, with Big Cypress and Picayune Strand out past the last paved turn. Wells and septic are the norm here, not city utilities. So are gates, long fence lines, and a shop building holding more steel than the house does.

Golden Gate Estates is about the easiest place there is to run a mobile blast setup, and the reason is space. Yes, that is normal for us. Tell us at the estimate if the drive gets soft after rain, if a low spot holds water, or if a gate is narrow, and we will plan the setup around it. Most Estates properties give us far more room to stage and contain the work than a town lot ever does.

Far less of a concern out here than on a tight lot, and we can still run wet or dustless when there is a reason to, like working near a screen enclosure, a pool, animals, or a vehicle you do not want dusted.
